With our Builder’s Finish, we deliver a structurally complete home with all essential services installed. We manage the entire construction process, leaving you with a watertight, secure, and insulated property where all complex systems are in place. This provides the perfect blank canvas for you to add your personal style through final décor choices, transforming the space into your dream home at your own pace.

Ideal For:

The homeowner who wants the certainty of a fixed price for the construction and structural fit-out, without the stress of project management. This package is perfect for those who want professionals to handle the complex build and systems, while retaining control over the final aesthetic touches like paint, flooring, and light fixtures.

What’s Included – The Complete Build:

  • Exterior Finishes: External plastering, window sills, and 1-meter footpaths all around.

  • Roof Finishes: Metal roof, fascia & soffit installed.

  • Internal Structure: Internal slabbing (upper floors) and internal plastering throughout.

  • Electrical Systems: Complete first and second fix — including wiring, sockets and switches.

  • Infrared Heating & Thermodynamic Solar Panel: High-efficiency infrared heating panels and Thermodynamic Solar Panels, which uses ambient air temperature to heat your water year-round.

  • Joinery: First and second fix joinery — stairs, doors, skirting boards, and architraves.

Available Upgrades

The following premium options can be added to either Package 1 or Package 2. These must be selected during the planning stage to be integrated into your build.

  • Roof Tiles or Slate options available.
