The Pixley is a compact 2 bedroom addition to our chalet bungalow designs, which is perfect for a corner plot or a small site.
Designed in a traditional style but with a contemporary open plan layout, our Pixley house plan has already proven popular since its creation in 2021. It features a very simple layout which makes the most of a small footprint, but still offers very decent room proportions. The layout is easily adaptable, so much so that we have added a third bedroom for previous customers without having to enlarge the footprint.
The standard design offers a large living space with windows to the front and rear for plenty of natural light, and an equally spacious kitchen / diner with french doors for easy access to the rear garden. Upstairs, we have two double bedrooms, with a dormer bathroom and a flexible office / study / storage space under the eaves.
