Step 1: Purchase the Modular Shell
Steeltech supply and sell the modular shell units. Heritage Homes are not a Steeltech showroom or dealer, and provide the fit-out service only.
Step 2: Complete Fit-Out by Heritage Homes
Once the modular shell is delivered and installed, Heritage Homes becomes your main point of contact.
From there, we manage the full internal fit-out through to completion, delivering a fully habitable, move-in ready home.
This includes:
Groundworks coordination & foundations
Internal wall framing & insulation
Plumbing, electrics & heating
Kitchen & bathroom installation
Flooring, joinery & internal finishes
Fit-out pricing shown on this website relates to Heritage Homes’ services only. Modular shell pricing is provided separately by Steeltech.
